Comment by Peter Ellis on December 20, 2008 at 9:09pm - An interesting article in my opinion using Scrum to its entirety within fast moving digital or marketing based environment can be hard. In my experience you have to take the best bits of scrum or any other practice and tailor it to meet the needs of your business or team. However you first have to have a through understanding of your business and its clients. I always "analyze, asses and improve processes"
