What baisic agile methods can be distinguished? I would suggest this four methods: - Feature Driven Development (FDD) - (Simple) Prototyping - Iterative Development (incl. Scrum) - eXtreme Programming (XP) What do you think? Do I miss something? Let me know your thoughts.
